Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative.


Position Overview:

This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Field Sales Representative at Growthviz, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals within your assigned territory.
  • Identify and engage with Property Managers and Property Management Companies of Apartments and Condominiums within the assigned territory, showcasing the value proposition of our free devices and their potential to enhance property operations.
  • Train clients on the use and maintenance of the free device, empowering them to leverage its full potential and maximize its benefits for their properties.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar
    capacity.
  • Full cycle sales management & B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with Property
    Managers and property staff.
  • Results-driven mindset and an ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-
    paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce will be great to have.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
